But in reality the act and process of reading has more to offer. Reading has scientifically proven its benefits for decades and here let me enlist benefits of few among many.

Reading can benefit your brain and body and its benefits lasts a lifetime. The benefits from the habit of reading books on a daily basis are increase your vocabulary, strengthen your brain, reduce stress, develop your knowledge, promotes mental health, develops your analytical thinking, improves your writing skills, focus, concentration and memory. No wonder Reading is known as a workout for your brain.


 Clearly the benefits of reading is remarkable and to get the most out it make sure you read at least one page of a book before going to bed. Thus let’s all make it a habit to read every day and develop this wonderful skill.
