When I woke up I could only see a cyborg sitting beside me. She gave me a pill and then I was able to recall my memory. I was a part of an excavation team, searching for the flight BSAA which is disappeared in the Devil's triangle a.k.a.  Bermuda triangle in North Atlantic Ocean. During the search I could feel an energy. Suddenly it drag me into that. And now I'm here.  I asked her where am I? She said that this is Tony Stark's Tomorrowland. I become very interested when I hear the name Stark. Then she explained that this land was created by Tony Stark and now it is lead by Peter Parker. And she introduced her self as Ros Day.  Ros invited me to join her. Stark's Tomorrowland was really a wonderland. I could see so many other cyborgs like her. At first we went to a beach. There were people who play with jetpacks and above the sea there were three zero gravity swimming pools. It seems like it was hanging in the air. After that she lead me to the labs. On the way to the l

Reading : A Pathway to Another Dimension - From Aaryan Shaji

As a child, the first books I ever read were Balarama and Balabhumi, and I still do. All the short comic strips I read in those books always came to life right before my eyes. Each of those characters and stories will always have a certain place in my heart, as they helped me build my language and, moreover, personality. From then, I started to read english books. They really helped me explore different genres, and stories that were practically alien to me. I have spent a lot of time reading, but I do not regret that decision. Every word I've spoken, every word I've written, even this article, is the result of my habit of reading. As far as I see, I can only find advantages to this exciting event called reading. Whenever I used to feel moody, or sad, I read a few pages of a book that I really liked, or a new book that I was excited for. This really helped me alleviate my stress. I would also read a few pages before I go to bed. Now, this wouldn't necessarily be a good boo

Why do I read- by Fathima Heena Hasmi

Just imagine two complete strangers meeting for the first time and being close real quick. That’s how it happens when I gets a new book. It is like saying “hi/hello” when we start reading the introduction part. You gets to know it very well when it reaches the body part. Everything just flows and you become really curious to know the climax. This is the time that we lose ourselves.  The ending part might be happy or not. But these are the ones that we all crave for. The kind of feeling we have when we gets a new book each time, is just magical.  For most of the people, the love story between them and books begins during childhood by reading fairy tales or fables. But for a good reader, each time s/he sinks into a book, s/he forgets themselves and floats in an imaginary world.  Apart from all these pleasures, the habit of reading has various benefits including improved communication skills, better writing sk

Envision of a Dreamy Island by Anjana S

I welcome you all to read about a dreamy island that I made up in my mind. The island is located in the middle of the pacific ocean, far from all the hectic land masses. In the island, the living beings go about their lives in harmony.  Since educational institutions are absent over here, no homeworks or exams exist, it's an absolute dream come true. Following that aspect, it implies every living being has to work excessively showcasing some life skills to survive, coordinating with other citizens peacefully. Nothing like Robinson Crusoe surviving alone. It's all about being liberal. The Animal Kingdom converse in human language like in 'Zootopia' or 'Alice in Wonderland' hinting that no one is of additional value, all are treated equally. Also, let me confirm the fact that finance is not at all an issue as money indeed grows on trees here. You can either lavishly spent it or save it, it's completely your choice. Hence, a tree is of great significance as i

The inhabitants of the island are known as Palladians who are human like beings. They are hardworking and truthfull and thus leads a joyous life. There is a sense of oneness amongst them.                     Legend says that the Goddess of Earth, Gaea who was pleased by their altruism granted a boon to the Palladians that it would be the fairest piece of land in the whole universe, even the delicacy of water would be sweet which signifies their purity. Adding to the marvel of Platinus it rains pearls once in every year in the island. The Prussian blue lakes, the rich flora and fauna which comprises of exotic species of animals and flowering plants with vibrant hues adorn the mystical isle. The coexistence between living beings of the isle and Palladians seems to be a fascinating bond.                     To commemo

The Pink Island- by Fathima Heena Hasmi

For many people, cities are the only place that they find to be beautiful to spend a vacation. But there is something beyond the city life, the eye opening sights of islands! The first place that comes to my mind when I think about islands is the ‘Pink Island’. I don’t know what the real name of that island is, but I call it as Pink Island. And In have a story to tell behind the pink island.  During a fine bright summer vacation, me and my friends set out for a journey to Maldives. Everything was fine until the evening. Suddenly, an angry storm hit our ship and the ship collapsed and we all drowned into the ocean. I was in a pink coloured island when I opened my eyes. I was in a total wonder world when I stared around. The first feel I got was the sweet and moist air of the tropical island. I could view and feel gorgeous beaches, crystalline blue water, pink and blue coloured trees and bushes, pearls shining brightly in the white sand sparkling by sunshine, the cool breeze, soothing s

The Petrichor Island by Nandanalakshmi M

The island of my dreams is quite beautiful with the green patches of nature and the embellished blue sky. It begins with a fresh dawn where streaks of sunlight gently come across the eyelids and rivers go along with crystal clear beats. It is enriched with the stream burbles as it travels along the river bed, and bubbles over rocks and branches. The island has abundant vegetation including wide varieties of shrubs, herbs and tropical rainforests and the mountains are covered with evergreen woods, which give life to hundreds of exotic species. Its ambiance is replenished with gentle winds that accompany pelting rain. Since the land is purely brimming in the adorable rainfall, it smells deeply like rain, and that's how the island is named as "Petrichor". But, Petrichor island supports only a few human inhabitants, as it is critically prone to heavy cloudburst and downpour. But, the people living there currently sustains with the foodcrops available from their river side cult
