Island of Serenity by Devika Saju


        Located at the middle of the islands, this island is known as the nature's wonderland. The first thing that captures our attention is the sound. We could feel the deep pulse of the sea. The peace and beauty on this island is beyond our imagination. As we walk through, we could feel the fresh smell of scented flowers. Their bright colours glow in the sunlight. Flowers attracted the people. They brought happiness to all. Chirping birds happily dance around the sky. It is a place that had no darkness. The sun went down at every day but there will be no darkness. We will be able to discover another version of light. When it rains, we could see different colours falling like that of a rainbow.All the inhabitants were kind and lived in peace.The bright blue sea crawls towards the golden sand. The sound of violin echoed the coast. As we walk through, the huge tower stood tall in isolation. We will be able to investigate the possibility of excavating the island. Since there is no darkness, the place experiences high temperature. The inhabitants of the island never get a time to rest. It is an island which we would love to visit and we would never wish to leave.
