Virtual Artistry by Nandanalakshmi M

"Every canvas is a journey all its own."

It was all about such a journey when we dived deep into the world of virtual art through a jamboard page. Painting in a virtual canvas gifted us an awesome experience of fun and delight. And, more beyond it showcased the beauty of expressing what we observe around, through giving colours to the aesthetic scenery.

Nature is a plot which is very common in artistry, but the challenge comes when the fingers holding the paint bristles are separated by an extended distance . Each artist should converge their ideas with the creative outlooks of the next person to make the picture complete. Usually, nature reminds us of the rising sun, and crystal clear stream flowing along the valley and woods, but we opted for something different. We tried to outline a conventionally paved road with maple leaves falling in the autumn on both sides, making yellow carpet garnishing the green deck.

"Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, others transform a yellow spot into the sun.” Our sun seemed to be shining in between the blue clouds, but the most challenging part was to give a blue azure in its full elegance. One person used to shade the whole sky with blue while the other was erasing the whole blue, thereby replicating the blues again and again.. Some birds flew somewhere, but still, the sky was incomplete. At last, after a prolonged exertion, we made a sky of our own version. The trees were fixed in hickory brown, and maples balanced in a medallion shade, which gave birth to our experimental picture.

Since there is no must in art and its free, we hope that our portrait was fine and interesting. But, undoubtedly the best part was using our artistic sense with proper coordination and joint effort even when we were fully confused about the outcome. And, absolutely this virtual canvas journey taught us the worth of togetherness ..

"Yes..Together, everyone achieves more"...
