An Appreciation on The Greatest Olympic Prize by Gopika S Nair



Have you ever wondered about the illusion behind some unlooked-for acts of forgiveness by sure unexpected mass ? 'My Greatest Olympic Prize' , an autobiographical sketch by Jesse Owens, the great American athlete throw spark into such an act of forgiveness by Luz Long, who was his fella challenger at the Berlin Olympics, 1936.With the direction and service of Luz Long , Jesse Owens was capable to win the gold medal at the broad jump.Luz Long , the German athlete who was covered under the wrap by Adolf Hitler helped Jesse Jesse Owens , who was a black man by trashing all the racial barriers put up by the supposed higher-ranking races.

     He sincerely appreciated Owens in his triumph , right in presence of Adolf Hitler without any disheartenment.By questioning the thought of rival , winning , and losing , Jesse Owens states that winning is not the most significant prospect of  competition.At any case of our lifetime , when we are capable to hold grandness to such small things that can matter much, life will be more fulfilling and affirmative.
